Inauguration, groundbreaking of road network on UPD Campus

On February 25, UP President Danilo Concepcion, former UP President Alfredo Pascual, and DPWH Secretary Mark Villar led the groundbreaking ceremony on Jacinto Street as well as the inauguration of Ylanan Street as part of the construction, rehabilitation and improvement of various road networks in UP Diliman Campus.
The infrastructure project is a partnership undertaking implemented by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and the University of the Philippines (UP) with its tie-up contractors, namely, F.P. UPD community gets together for Inter-College Socials

College of Mass Communication (UP CMC) is now accepting nominations for the annual UP Gawad Plaridel which recognizes Filipino media practitioners who have excelled in any of the media (print, radio, film, television, and new media) and have performed with the highest level of professional integrity in the interest of public service.

UPD to use, study and develop Japanese energy recovery system

UP faculty members find new home in Acacia Residence Hall

The Department of Communication Research (Comm Res) of the College of Mass Communication (CMC) held its first international conference from September 22 to 23 at the UP Diliman (UPD) campus.
Titled “Voices and Noises: Communication and Integration within and across ASEAN Communities,” the event was an offshoot of the department’s National Communication Research Conference (NCRC) which began in 2012. The NCRC, on the other hand, was an expansion of its Metro Manila-wide Communication Research Student Conference which began in 2007.
